Read the 2009 Alternative Federal Budget now available at http://www.policyalternatives.ca/~ASSETS/DOCUMENT/National_Office_Pubs/2 009/AFB_2009.pdf. This year you will note in particular that the Council of Canadians and CUPE National worked on a chapter focusing on our call for a national water policy. That section can be read on pages 104 to 110, and I'm sure you will find it very informative and useful. This chapter will be an important campaign tool for us.
